• Your Chosen Pokémon: Your selected Pokémon is the star of the box, featured as a plush plus a matching Nanoblock kit and/or keychain. Your Mystery Poké Ball prizes may feature a variety of Pokémon characters.
• Made for Your Pick: Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for sourcing and delivery. Availability varies by character, and we'll contact you if there's an issue fulfilling your selection.
• Special Requests: Want to avoid duplicates or have a preference? Add a note at checkout and we'll do our best based on available inventory.
• Recommended for Ages 12+: Items may contain small parts, including Nanoblock pieces. Always follow the age recommendations and safety warnings on individual product packaging.
• Mystery Box Policy: Because boxes contain surprise items, all sales are final. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or missing, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and we'll make it right.
