PocketMysteryZone Grand Opening Giveaway

1. Sponsor & Giveaway Period

The PocketMysteryZone Grand Opening Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by NeoJeenyus LLC dba PocketMysteryZone, Arizona, USA (“Sponsor”). Giveaway begins September 5, 2026 and ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Arizona time (MST).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand who are 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, visit PocketMysteryZone.com and submit the official Giveaway Entry Form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, incomplete, or false entries may be disqualified. No purchase or payment is required. Following PocketMysteryZone on social media is encouraged but is not required to enter or win.

4. Prizes

Three (3) winners will each receive one PocketMysteryZone Standard Mystery Box, approximate retail value $64.99 USD each; total approximate retail value $194.97 USD. Winners may select an eligible Mystery Starter Pokémon or Pick Your Pokémon option, subject to availability. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary and permitted by law.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Three potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received, beginning on or after October 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be contacted at the email address provided and must respond within 72 hours. Failure to respond, verify eligibility, or accept the prize may result in selection of an alternate winner.

6. Canadian Residents

A potential Canadian winner may be required to correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as a winner.

7. Shipping, Taxes & Import Charges

Sponsor will cover standard prize shipping. Where applicable and reasonably possible, Sponsor will also prepay mandatory VAT, GST, customs duties, import taxes, or delivery charges associated with prize delivery. Winners must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Sponsor is not responsible for customs or carrier delays, incorrect information supplied by a winner, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Privacy

Information submitted will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners, and deliver prizes, and will be handled according to the PocketMysteryZone Privacy Policy and applicable law. Marketing consent is not required to enter or win.

This Giveaway is sponsored solely by NeoJeenyus LLC dba PocketMysteryZone and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or their respective affiliates. Information submitted is provided to Sponsor, not those companies or platforms.

10. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules. Sponsor may verify eligibility and disqualify entries that violate these Rules or attempt to manipulate the Giveaway. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its fairness, security, or administration, subject to applicable law. Sponsor's decisions are final to the extent permitted by law.
